What type of cycad is this
Your main image looks to me like a Sago Palm which is a type of cycad.

The cycad enthusiasts might prove me wrong though...

How to cook long grain rice without it going gluggy
The secret to getting your fried rice better is to use rice that was cooked the night before, that has been put in the fridge. This tends to stop the rice from getting mashed up when you stir fry it like freshly cooked rice can.

You'll want to wash the rice before you cook it the night before too, that'll help separate the individual grains more.

How long should you stay on the atkins diet
I'd be concerned about staying on any diet for any great length of time, particularly those that deprive you in some way of a natural nutrition balance.

How do you make a compost pile
The basics to remember with a compost heap are fairly simple:

You can essentially compost any dead plant matter and many food scraps too. Avoid putting in meats, cooked or raw or dairy products into your compost though.

Its best to make sure your various layers like dead leaves vegetable peels and grass clippings are well mixed to avoid large sections of one material. This makes it easier for the micro organisms to work through the pile.

The pile needs to be kept damp but not wet, and make sure it has some good bottom drainage and or side drainage to help with airflow and speed up decomposition.

Whats This Jelly Bagel Thing Washed Up on Beach
There's no sign of any organs inside it as far as I can see, maybe it's not even an animal at all.

Where's George Costanza marine biologist when you need him?

What is this object
Sort of looks like it might be a curtain finial perhaps.
Hard to say though.
It even looks like it could be part of a fire poker or something found around a cast fireplace.

Restoration of Antique clothing
I don't know of any antique clothes restorers in South Africa but maybe you could try going to a vintage clothes store and ask if they do restoration work.

The alternative to that is to go to a museum that has textiles and ask them how or who they use to restore or maintain their textiles.

Hope that helps a little.

On QuestionWine Corker
Wine Corker
Paul is right on the dates. It would have to from the early part of the 20th century.

That style of handle shape and the condition that it is in tends to indicate that it might be in the region of 1911-1930 probably.

Not sure on value for something like this, it would not be a hugely sort after item I don't think. At the same time there probably aren't a great many of them floating around any more, so it may have some value to a wine maker or wine enthusiast.

What are the health dangers of grapefruit and citrus
Eating and drinking grapefruit has only been shown to be a problem if you are taking medications.

Compounds in grapefruits stop certain enzymes in your digestive system from breaking down some medications hence altering their effects.

Blood pressure medications are a classic example... the grapefruit juice can increase the effect of this medication and cause faintness and dizzyness.

There has also been recommendations to avoid it during pregnancy too.

The main problem I have with eating grapefruits, is the tendency to squirt myself in the eye when I'm eating them. :)

On QuestionBody Fat
Body Fat
If you are carrying a fair bit of excess weight, then I'd start of on a gentle exercise program of walking every day for 30 -40 minutes.

Keep this going for a while with your diet and as your body becomes more used to the exercise you can step up the intensity of it more. Jogging will burn calories and fat quicker than walking, but you don't want to go out too hard too early if you're not used to it.

Check with your doctor too, they can always make good suggestions on what is right for you in particular.

Fat from around the face and breasts is certainly going to be lost if you keep up the program.

What are the benefits of taking Acai
Acai is definitely one of the latest and "greatest" discoveries of the lucrative health food industry. Some people seem to swear by these things, some seem to think they are a scam.

I've never tried it myself so I'm open minded still.
It's like drinking red wine guess...some research seems to say it has similar benefits as far as anti-oxidants are concerned. I'd probably enjoy a nice glass of red more than popping a capsule of Acai. Each to their own though.

How to bake chicken breasts that dont dry out
Chicken breast do tend to dry out with any sort of cooking, mainly because of their low fat content. Any method will dry them out if you over cook them. The real trick is not to cook them too much.

If you want to bake chicken breasts in the oven, I've had success in keeping them tender and moist by wrapping them in aluminum foil. You'll need to give them a little bit of oil on the surface to stop them sticking to the foil.
Just wrap them up loosly in little packages of the foil and make sure they are sealed up.

I generally find they are cooked in about 30-35 mins in a fan forced oven at 210 degrees C. That will vary though.

If you want them nice and brown, you can unfoil them and put them higher up under the oven grill for a few minutes. Make sure you watch them though so they don't burn.

Good way to cook eggs in a microwave
I cook eggs in the microwave like this in a similar fashion. It is best if you dont leave the yolk whole though. I generally crack the egg into the cup, then beat it a couple of times with a fork to break the yolk.

This will help stop the nuclear explosion of the yolk all over the ceiling of your microwave oven!

Just take care with the power setting...best to use medium to low setting and cook each egg for 1 -3 minutes depending on the wattage of your micowave.

Test and see what works for you and your microwave.

How to bake chicken breasts that dont dry out
I tend to cook chicken thigh cuts more than breasts because they are much tastier and not as dry as the breasts. Cheaper as well.

What is the meaning of the song I Am The Walrus
Lennon said he was just trying to fool around and write non-sensical lyrics because people were trying to analyze his songs too much. Some of the lyrics were based on a nursery rhyme too I think.

So basically it probably doesn't mean anything too deep, just a collection of off the wall ideas.

What is the most expensive watch
Are you asking what the most expensive brand is or an individual watch model?

Some of the most expensive watches made come from Chopard, Vacheron Constantin and Patek Philippe among other brands.

Some diamond encrusted watches can go for up to $20million or so, but they are basically "one off" pieces.
