Your guitar should have a serial number on it possibly on the head depending on when it was made. Here's a good site that might help you identify when it was made : http://www.provide.net/~cfh/fender.html#serial
You're talking about Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. Cool song too it's called "Breakdown". There's some excellent live versions out there too, just do a search.
I sold a Giant Yukon in march through ebay, it was a 2005 model and I got $360 for it. It looks quite similar to your Rainier as far as equipment goes. So maybe you might get $300. If you're not desperate for the cash I'd be holding on to it. Ya never know when you'll want to hit the road on it again
The quarter finals of the BMX are on today, but I think I'd prefer to watch the mountain biking. Good luck trying to find a tv channel that broadcasts much of these "minor" olympic events though.
It does seem a little odd in a country where you can drive a car at such a young age or own a gun, you can't officially drink until you're 21. I don't know why the age is set at 21 though.
There is a heap of verses to this song, its one of those songs you pick and choose which you want to sing for your particular version. Here's one version:
Now I've heard there was a secret chord That David played, and it pleased the Lord But you don't really care for music, do you? It goes like this The fourth, the fifth The minor fall, the major lift The baffled king composing Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah
Your faith was strong but you needed proof You saw her bathing on the roof Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you She tied you To a kitchen chair She broke your throne, and she cut your hair And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah
Baby I have been here before I know this room, I've walked this floor I used to live alone before I knew you. I've seen your flag on the marble arch Love is not a victory march It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah
There was a time you let me know What's really going on below But now you never show it to me, do you? And remember when I moved in you The holy dove was moving too And every breath we drew was Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah
You say I took the name in vain I don't even know the name But if I did, well really, what's it to you? There's a blaze of light In every word It doesn't matter which you heard The holy or the broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah Hallelujah, Hallelujah
I did my best, it wasn't much I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you And even though It all went wrong I'll stand before the Lord of Song With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah
Maybe there's a God above, and all I ever learned from love was how to shoot at someone who outdrew you And its not a cry you can hear at night, its not somebody who's seen the light, its a cold and its a broken Hallelujah
I think maybe at this stage it's only a one off concert, but there was talk of them doing more touring and recording.
You're right about Robert Plant not returning...who knows what he's holding out for. You certainly can't have Led Zeppelin without him. His voice is basically the whole point of going to see them live surely.
Who knows, maybe he's just toying with everyone, and he'll pop up soon and say "Ok let's do it"!
I don't have a keyboard here to try out your rhythm so its a bit difficult, but I gave it a bit of a bash on the guitar, and it's not sounding like anything in particular to me.
Wish I could be of more help, but Techno stuff is a bit of a bitch to identify like this.
You ill need to use the power supply that has one of those connectors...this connecter is a 12volt power supply going to the CPU. Without it you won't be getting far.
That won't be a problem the 300w PSU will work fine. With PSU's its always better to have a little more wattage than too little. Modern equipment, extra pci cards and big graphics cards can draw a load on the power. So you don't want to be short on it.
