I looked this one up for you with a piano re-conditioner who advised me of the following:
"This is a classic Chicago Cottage Pump Organ from the period between 1880 and 1910. I would need to know the serial number to date the piece exactly.
Unrestored and looking, as this organ does, they can be found in antique shops and music stores in the range of $500.00 to $1,500.00. Fully restored and professionally refinished, they are customarily priced between $6,500.00 and $15,000.00. The final price, however, is more in the mind of the buyer and often is dictated by the store doing the selling.
An upscale musical instrument retailer can command a much higher price than you would find in a small shop or wholesale outlet.
