If I diet and exercise regularly I should lose body fat right? Would i lose fat from my breast and from on my face too? Or would I have to do special exercises for those areas. I would really like to lose fat in especially those areas. My breasts are huge and they are making my back hurt, and my face is big and I have a double chin. Can you give me any advise please?

If you are carrying a fair bit of excess weight, then I'd start of on a gentle exercise program of walking every day for 30 -40 minutes.

Keep this going for a while with your diet and as your body becomes more used to the exercise you can step up the intensity of it more. Jogging will burn calories and fat quicker than walking, but you don't want to go out too hard too early if you're not used to it.

Check with your doctor too, they can always make good suggestions on what is right for you in particular.

Fat from around the face and breasts is certainly going to be lost if you keep up the program.

You cannot choose where you lose fat from on your body as you exercise. The only way to really target it is through liposuction which can target a specific area.

You will need to exercise regularly and eat healthy food and you will start losing weight, but it will come off the entire body including the face and breasts.

Exercise promotes all over fat burning. If you wish to ad some light weights work using high repetitions you can also help to burn more calories and to tone up your muscles in specific areas you think you need.
