Is it possible to have identical triplets

You can certainly have identical triplets, but it's a pretty rare occurrence from what I know. Like a couple of million to one chance. It would be confusing for anyone but the parents I think..imagine having to keep track of 3 identical children.

I think you would need to give them name labels when they were born to avoid mix up's in the first couple of weeks.
