This was hanging in a carpark...almost walked into it! Sorry about the blurriness but it was from my unsteady phone camera, without macro.
Anyone know what it is?

Ok I got an answer anyway. It's apparently a type of Garden Orb Weaving Spider.
Obviously someone "relocated" it, as it wasn't there the next day to take a better photo of.

Sorry I don't really have a size reference in the photo. I was going to put my hand next to it for reference but I thought better of it, considering how big it was. I'd say it's abdomen section was maybe 1.5-2cm long. It wasn't something I wanted to get too close to!
